I can't believe I made it to 10 lbs. already in a little over a week!!!!!!!!!!! That's more than I lost in the last 2 YEARS on Weight Watchers! I am so motivated now and feel for the first time in years that I will actually lose all the weight I want to lose!

Medifast is already changing my life and I LOVE it !!!!!!!!!
When I lose more weight and my friends start noticing, I am going to send them all HERE. I wish I found this forum a long time ago - I feel like I wasted so much time being overweight and uncomfortable!
