Sore you will!!!!!!!!

And you'll notice your body getting noticeably smaller for the same weight..
You'll have a very well toned body when you reach your final goal!!

Have fun!

Exercise/Moving

Postby bear45 » November 15th, 2004, 6:33 pm

I want to get involved with this exercise thread...I am doing yoga every Saturday with a wonderful teacher who has modified many poses so that I can do them. As I lose my pounds, it gets easier. What I love about yoga is that it activates deeper muscles. After an hour of yoga, I feel just as worked out as when I go to the gym and do the machines.
My instructor informed me last week that it is now time for me to do other exercises during the week...she suggests that I do a 30 minute aerobic exercise on Tuesday and Thursday in addition to my yoga on Saturday.
I have wonderful Richard Simmons tapes and I LOVE to dance...so, I am picking that for right now. What I have learned is that it is just about MOVING the energy for me. Now that I am healthier, it is easier to do this although my knees will be MUCH happier with each pound I lose. Thanks for starting this thread, Jeanette...how is your new home? Lisa
