Lil'Bit's before photo

Postby Lil'Bit » October 16th, 2004, 11:51 am

Here is my before...weighing in at 158lbs. I will be starting my program when I get it next week. I might look lighter than 158 and I think it is because the picture was taken from someone tall. We will see what my after photo looks like in the same pose!
If anyone has any advice before I get it on how to prepare myself, please let me know. Any encouragment would be GREATLY appreciated.

Tim is going to be placing my picture in the forum. Thanks Tim!

Welcome to the boards! As far as getting ready for the program. Start drinking all the recommended water, and don't binge. You'll just feel guilty later. And, why stretch out the belly just before you make the drastic cutback. I started out without cheating & got through the first three days without any problems. After that was smooth sailing. Medifast certainly took care of the cravings.

Good luck on your start!

Lil'Bit,

You're really a pretty gal! Hey, you'll be ready for the Ms. America contest once you lose those 30 pounds! As far as getting ready, well I ate everything I thought I would miss before I started. It seemed to get those cravings out of my system because I haven't cheated once in all the 5 1/2 months I've been on MF. As looznit said though, it may make you feel guilty although I didn't since it was always my strategy to eat all the forbiddens before going on a diet - but then again, I could always justify a binge (pre-MF). :hammerhead1:

You're gonna do fine. I expected the worst, and the first three days were a breeze compared to what I thought they would be (I highly recommend that strategy). Keep in touch here as Dutch says. This forum can be a real lifeline.

LOVE your shoes!

Wowser!

You are already ONE FOURTH of the way to your goal, Lil'Bit!

:scratchhead: Hmm...in the scheme of things, if you picture the weight you want to lose like a humongous package of butter, you just melted one cube off and you have but three cubes to go. :kool: Very cool!

Methinks you'll be wearing something less matronly and more slinky when 2005 rolls around. ;)

Keep  shakin' and slurpin' :toast:
