Vicky - you're too cute. While I've never been the shy type (obviously), I am not quite sure whether I'm up to publicly announcing my weight that way. We'll see...

Lakelandmarilyn - I started MF on November 10th. I went to a wedding the weekend prior and saw my brother-in-law's cousin and she lost like 130 pounds on MF, and I was literally blown away. I am not easily moved to action on the diet front in this way, but she went from being totally obese to being totally normal. It was like looking at two different people! In that moment I knew I'd do the diet. There was no looking back. I came home from the wedding in Atlanta, went online, and ordered MF. Started the day I got the package, and here I am 86.5 pounds later!
