Guest...that was pretty funny about the raise... ...regarding your question...I can't say that I have...at least on Medifast...altough previously on other low fat diets I had stopped for 7 months straight... :( ..yeah right...lol..............they do say to be careful though...if you catch my drift... ;) ....pretty soon the experts will be on to answer more accuratly....Have a great night

Hey there,
My experience is not exactly the same but I've been on MF 10 weeks and this month was the first time in some 25+ years that I was almost 3 weeks late. I bugged me a little at first but I knew it wasn't an "uh-oh" so I patiently waited. We'll see what happens next month.
I'm sure one of our "seasoned" MFers will have a better answer for you.

I think about every woman on here has had some changes with "Aunt Flo" while on Medifast. You can do a search for menstrual or anything titled with "Women" "womanly" etc. :-)

I know you can become more fertile on this so maybe.......

Any concerns should be taken to a doc, too, just to be safe.

I remember reading here that estrogen is stored in fat cells (among other places), so that when your fat cells start releasing their contents (a good thing! ;)), some estrogen is released into your bloodstream, too. This might account for the Aunt Flo weirdness. Of course, if you think you might be preggers, it'd be wise to make sure!
