You are correct! I should have said you are an influenece to all the slackers who drag themselves around at work, your speed and efficiency should be rewarded! Actually being serious it just shows you DO NOT need a high price gym, use the tools that are around you!

I am about to power lift a six year old out of bed for camp!

It's off to another fun-filled shift at the data center. I'm restocking my MF stash and bringing in another 2lb can of coffee. I'm on autopilot now and it's great to be watching that scale move virtually every day. Dinner tonight, for those keeping track for me, was grilled turkey kielbasa and a cucumber. Turkey kielbasa pales in comparison to the real Polska but it'll do until I make it to maintenance land.

Have a great day everyone !

I've been gone for a while but still making progress. I'm still exercising at work and walking a couple miles a night. Working my screwy schedule tends to turn your life a little upside down.

Wow ! Nothing like a little illness to make a short term weight loss happen. My whole department has been taking turns having this virus/bug for the last couple weeks. The last several days it's been my turn. I've been maintaining my food intake and vitamins but the exercise hasn't been happening for obvious reasons. I'm feeling better this morning and still have a couple days off before I go back on shift.

Congratulations Roger!!! I remember when I hit that '50% of extra weight gone' spot, it was like I had made it to the top of a tall hill and now I'm heading down the other side..

You're doing great!!

It's off to a fun-filled night back at work. I've been off for five days, an extra day due to illness and I'm looking forward to a nice long walk through the facility and about 30-40 flights of stairs. It's actually easier to stay on track at work than it is at home. My wife's son is visiting from San Diego this weekend and there will be more than a few temptations around the house. He's a IT guy but quite the chef and he likes to show us his skills. Tonight for dinner is a wonderful roast chicken, which I can eat, and everything else, which I can't. And so it goes.
