So last night went to one of those jewlrey parties. OMG there was so much food. that looked awesome, taco dip, cheese pepperoni, crackers, dips. But i was good and just drank water the whole time. Then we went to a local bar, it was 80's night Drank water. I was bored so went home. Am doing good today, well so far tonight I have Matthews Basketball tournament, and I am in charge of the concession, burgers, hotdogs, nachos, italian sausage and so much more. Wish me luck.

Hey Everyone
I have not been on plan this week, Money has been super tight, We just ended up with some massive bills, some are johns doctors bills, our furnace ect. Medifast is going to be a no for awhile. I just can not afford it. I do not want to take out of savings. I am doing a program that is very similiar and saying I can lose just the same amount. And it is like 3/4 less. Today is my first day so I will let everyone know.

I will be incorporating the bars and puffs, when I really craving something sweet or salty. This program is also shakes, but shakes only.

Hope you dont mind if i still write in my journal.

Hope you all have a great week. It is going to be beautiful today I am going to take a nice walk.

Hey, girl! I could do all shakes for a third of the price. Since my man and I are both on MF now it's a total budget hog!!! We're spending wayyyyy more than we did previously when just going to the grocery store! We've been thinking of trying to find a cheaper alternative too. I've often wondered if Atkins would work just as well for me -- cutting the carbs down to almost nothing.

Please do keep posting so we all know how you're doing and so that you can get the support that is so vital to doing any plan!!

Hugs!!!

I have a hard time on any program that gives me choices. I always make the wrong choices. The best thing about MF is the science in it. The 5 & 1 is proven to work and is healthy. I just need to rigidity of MF. Hope you are doing well Katie. Been a long time since we talked.

Believe me, i definitely understand about the budget thing. It does get extremely expensive. I hope all works out for you financially. I'm glad that you have found an alternative that can fit into your budget. We still want to know how you are doing and your new plan will require compliance too sooooo, YES, i hope you keep posting. We are here to support each other through WEIGHTLOSS, right?

Doing pretty good. Sunday I weighed 235.2 ON Monday I weighed 231.2 and today I am still 231.2 Hopefully This new program will work with me. I am still using some Medifast products for when I am on the road. Or when I am out.

Talk to you later

Good for you, I'm glad that you are able to continue to use the products that you have on hand and that you have found something to help keep you going in the interim. I do like the MF products but understand about tight finances and the need, sometimes, to find less expensive ways to continue.
