I have a hard time on any program that gives me choices. I always make the wrong choices. The best thing about MF is the science in it. The 5 & 1 is proven to work and is healthy. I just need to rigidity of MF. Hope you are doing well Katie. Been a long time since we talked.

We are here to support each other through WEIGHTLOSS, right?

Doing pretty good. Sunday I weighed 235.2 ON Monday I weighed 231.2 and today I am still 231.2 Hopefully This new program will work with me. I am still using some Medifast products for when I am on the road. Or when I am out.

Good for you, I'm glad that you are able to continue to use the products that you have on hand and that you have found something to help keep you going in the interim. I do like the MF products but understand about tight finances and the need, sometimes, to find less expensive ways to continue.

Go go go Katie. Sometimes all we need is a kick in our pants and something different to get the motor running on weight loss. Ya gotta do what works for you. Keep us updated on your progress. This place wouldn't be the same without you.

I lost another pound. Pretty excited. 230.2. Even if I did not lose anything the rest of the week I will be okay with that.

My new favorite thing is Walden Farms Caramel dip. OMG i put one tablespoon in each shake I have I am in heaven. O calories O carbs O sugar. OMG like I said I Love it. I just do not understand how it can be so good and no calories. (you know what I dont even want to know) It is that good.

Well I will be on later.

I am up .2. And I say whatever. I know I doing everything right. There is going to be days that I am up, and there are going to be days that I am down.

Just catching up with reading journals...Took a break because I was eating everything in sight !
I'm back and ready to lose...Needed a mental adjustment -and decided I really want to lose this weight.
Glad you are here and found a way to lose ...Even if it is not MF..you're still losing !!

You can use WF syrups in ice cube trays to make little mini ice pops. COngratulations on the NOT GAINING!

I didn't know they made caramel dip! I just discovered the salad dressing about a month ago and couldn't believe that it was actually edible. Glad you found something that works for you!
