Katie, if you like Caesar, try Galeos Miso Caesar. It's carried in some Whole Foods stores (and most stores in Southern California), or at netrition.com. It's very low in sugar, salt, calories and fat, but incredibly tasty. I first tried it over a year ago, and it's been the only dressing I've used ever since (and I ate a giant salad every day). I even send a bottle ahead when I go on vacation, so that I can use it while I'm away. I can't recommend it enough.

Cool thanks robin, I am going to stop by whole foods tomorrow. I love Ceasar. But does it really taste good. I have had the walden farms and BARF.......

Doing really well on program. I have only been weighing in every week. What a difference in my mood. When I way in every day I am like please please please show me a loss. Now I am more excited when i way in once a week because i see that big number of 3 - 3 1/2 pounds. Even though I would weigh the same but when you only see 6oz loss a day it is kind of upsetting. If you know what I mean.

Well anyways have a good week everyone.

Oh, I can't stand Walden Farms. It tastes like library paste to me. This stuff is amazing, IMO. I've been eating it pretty much every day for a year and a half. I won't buy any other dressings at this point.

I thought it was OK but bland. The wasabi and the dijonnaise aren't bad. But the real winner for me is that darn Caesar. (And that stinks that they were out. Although the Whole Foods stores around here don't even carry it. I drove to two different ones way back when, only to find out they didn't have it. Next time I'll call first!)

I was pretty bored with the show, I think it was a good idea, but it didn't translate well to TV. How are you doing? Still going strong? I have yet to start again. I had a packet of the cocoa today, but then had bad food after that. I just don't know anymore, I was hoping for some serious inspiration tonight. :?

I flubbed a little this weekend. Well 4 days worth. But got on the scale and I am back down. Last night Matthew had baseball practice, and all of the sudden it started pouring. We both ran to the car and I was out of breath. I can not take this anymore. I need to get this weight off once and for all. Was not happy with the biggest loser. I mean next week will be good but I did not like the first episode. Also it is going to be really hard to decide who I like. They all have so many sad stories. I really felt bad for the people that did not make it. They are the ones that really need it. I do know that they will be back on the show later but still. Don't tell some one that you are on the show and then they are not. That really aggravated me.

So how is your running coming along?

I thought it was especially mean to give them a physical challenge and then boot the one who came in last. Like they don't already feel bad enough about being obese and out of shape? Let's make 'em feel like losers even among the other obese and unfit people. Geez!

160oz of water.... Hmmmm I dont know why. I use to just drink my 8 glasses and weight would stalllllllllllllllllllllllllllll. LIke 1/2# a week. then i went up to a gallon and really worked. So I said to my self lets see what a gallon and 1 quart would do. So I am trying it out this week. And see if there is any difference. The only thing I drink is my coffee in the morning and water for the rest of the day. I will let you know at the end of the week(monday)
