ok I got the weirdest NSV yet this morning.

Hubby and I were hmmm "celebrating" the kids being back in school and the house being quiet during the day again....

Anyway..a few hours later he says.."I see somewhere you have lost weight!" and he was blushing as he said it which if you know him is funny as all get out.

I said."Where?" He said."In your boobs..I noticed this morning that they were flatter when you were laying on the bed."

Well I guess I am losing weight in my boobs after all. I ran and mesaured and I have lost a total of 7 inches in my chest! I guess when I have my muffin top tuckedt and cupcakes lifted they will have to do some rolling up before lifting them :?

But heck at this point I will take my weight loss anywhere

Yeah it is a check since we call our Emily "Em" all the time and her brothers say "Emma".

Ok so what other kids and what are their names??

Just one more..Elijah (Eli) he just turned 9 and is in 4th Grade..while Emma is 7 and is in 2nd Grade.
If I can find our pics from the Aquarium I will post it!

Ok good news.. I lost the lb I had gained so I am 226 again.. now if I could lose a few more before Sunday I will be elated LOL
The past few days I was feeling liek my old fat frumpy self for some reason but I took a nap yesterday and no longer feel that way! YAY!
When I fixed dinner last night I made Emma mac & cheese and it was the first time I did not eat a small spoon of it! *pats self on back*
I stuck with my rostissere chicken and broccilii & was fine fine fine!

Excellent job with the mac and cheese. Have you been having rotisserie chicken a lot, though? When chicken is cooked with the skin on, a lot of the fat soaks into the meat, so the meat is much higher in fat than it would be otherwise. There's also usually more salt in that stuff, which might be making you retain some water.

Oh no it is rare we eat one..but hubby was getting sick of grilling chicken and steak so i picked one up. Yea I had read that is had alot of salt and fat so I didnt have the full ounces last night. I think this was the first time we have had it since I have been MFing. Hubby sure was grateful for the change lol.

Yeah, I think as long as you take the skin off (even though that's the best part!), it's OK to have occasionally. I just wouldn't eat it routinely.

Just checking. I should know you know this stuff.

We have that discussion all the time. Dh has always been a firm believer in "knowing how to make the morning weigh in better"
