Regina,
I'm also doing much better now that I'm logging my meals and exercise. Don't beat yourself up about "I coulda gone further". You're doing GREAT! Don't push it when you're just getting back in the MF routine!

ok last night I did 1.25 at 3.6 and lemme tell ya... I can barely walk

Still not weighing in ..just a few more days though.

I have been sooo good with my water. I found that I forget how many bottles at times so I have taken to getting 5 (20oz each) out in the morning and marking them 1-5. That way I can keep track LOL

I may start doing that with my water. I chug it all day long but it will be nice to know exactly how much-the numbering makes it kind of like goal setting.

You're doing great with the walking! And squats are excellent not just for your thighs and hamstrings, but they actually work your stomach quite a bit, too.

Keep up the good work!

I usually watch the Biggest Loser, and think it spurred me on to finally give weight loss another try, but last night I just watched Mama's Family instead. I needed mindless viewing-I had thought about weightloss, calories and exercise enough yesterday...I fell asleep slightly after 8 anyway...what I have loved about past episodes of TBL is that sometimes those peeps lose 2 pounds or 20 pounds and others gain weight and they exercise 5-6 hours a day! So the body is not always predictable. A good point for me to remember.

I'm hoping my exercising isn't slowing my loss...I haven't lost anything in 2 days...I know whine whine whine...but is it the exercise? I might add an extra shake today...to see if my little exercise output needs an extra shake or not...we'll see! How is exercise affecting your loss, Regina?

:whoohoo: I made it to ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant believe it!! I havent been under 200 in over 10 years and now thanks to Medifast  I am again!! If I had any doubts about sticking to the program this time.. they have all vanished now!!!

Been doing good on the treadmill. However I bruised my heal and have to get a cushion thingy for my shoe so I didnt walk today  but I will pick one up tomorrow and be back on it. (I think I am actually enjoying the treadmill :whattha: )

Dede--I dont think my exercising has slowed me down. I can tell I have alot more energy the past week so --so far so good I think!

I have been drinking a swimming pool full of water lately  but I must be used to it now cause I aint :runner: to the bathroom near as much!

We went to dinner at our friend's last night and my pal was over the edge @ how I looked and she doesnt give compliments to me lightly ;) So that too was a HUGE Perk!!

I  Medifast!!

Congrats, Reginia!!! You should be so proud of yourself, and I bet the whole family is proud of you, too! You're doing great with the walking, too. I'm glad you're enjoying it!

Reginia you are doing so awesome. The tread mill is an awesome tool. I love the one at the gym, I even ran on it the other day...not for a long time couple minutes maybe but I actually ran on it. Felt good to know I can do it. Keep it up girl, you are inspiring so many! :)
