Girlie go to the store and get ZiCam. It is a spray gel for your sinuses. I had the same problem 2 weeks ago and it cleared it up so fast. I have never had that much luck with a presinus infection before.

As for the bars. Smores was my favorite but I kind of over did it with them and now just dont want them anymore. I should change my order and add a lemon bar to it so I can try them.

I shouldn't even say it re: bars, but the TRUE love of my life these days is those Body For Life bars in cookies and cream. Not at all acceptable for Medifast, but they taste EXACTLY like Oreos to me. I'm considering having extra on my next free day, just to get it out of my system. Because I love them WAY too much. (It's funny, though, that at first I couldn't figure out what they tasted like. I told my cousin it was like a brownie with white frosting, but I knew that wasn't right. I think it had just been so long since I'd HAD Oreos, I couldn't quite place the flavor. You'd think the NAME of the flavor would have been a clue, though.)

Checking in... Confession

Went to the Fair last night..had a corn dog! Yep a corn dog. Was it good..yep...was it worth it..hmm nope as I was sick the rest of the evening!

Anywho..today is a new no corndog day for me!

still hovering above the 40lb mark. *yes I know the corndog didnt help matters* but I will get there.

We are gonna see some friends this Sat who we havent seen since May so that should be interesting.

Nothing exciting going on...the kids are outta school again today for Fall Break so we have been cleaning their rooms out. Yea they love me when they are outta school

It is a small 2 day break they get here during Oct. They are attempting to go to year round school so they have added all these funky small breaks for now lol

I dunno when she is gonna start. I hope it will be soon. She is staying with me next weekend since Craig will be gone and we will talk about it more then. So hopefully soon!

Maybe while she is with you you can get her to do the plan for that long and she will lose enough that it will encourage her.

Btw, I did buy that 2xl sweatshirt and Tom told me I should have gotten an xl because it was big. Still not into large tho.

No, I wore it to the game this weekend and washed it. I'll keep it to wear over other things. The games are going to get cold so I will need to layer. We are supposed to get snow this Friday and there is a game Saturday. I also hung it up with Tom's so he could wear it too. He normally wears and XL but it will fit his sholders well.
