Thanks for the support Mickey, Biki, Pam and Jo. The last person came back to work yesterday and got their letter. It was tough but it's over now. The next drama will be when everyone actually leaves but that is 3 months down the road.

Pam, I have only tried a few flavors of the bars. I believe Jo knows a lot about them since she said she ate a bar everyday and still lost steadily. I recently tried the two flavors of diabetic bars because they are lower in sugar and calories. Oh My! Malitol is first or second on the ingredient list and although I did not get diarrhea I did get horrible gas! I should have checked the ingredients before ordering. I can't take these to work anymore and will have to finish them up at home. I like the caramel nut and the oatmeal raisin. The chocolate and chocolate mint are not bad either. That's all I have tried.

I sometimes think of doing all shakes but I would get very bored. I like the pudding as my last supplement of the day. It is a treat. I like the oatmeal but usually only eat it on weekends as it can be a hassle at work. I like the hot cocoa and the cappuccino. Surprisingly I like the Cranberry Mango cold drink. It was a surprise because I don't like cranberry or mango. I love raspberry tea usually but not the MF version.

The only soup I like is the chicken with wild rice but I have a bunch of the broccoli soup so I make it into crackers (Robin's recipe).

You should try branching out a bit Pam. It will keep you from getting bored.

Hi Linda,

So close to that 25 lb mark! You are just chugging right along!

Sounds like this whole downsizing thing at work is really being drug out. Don't you just wish they would do it and get it over with? Sometimes you have to wonder what in the heck management is thinking. I did consulting for a company in the middle of a big downsize and they actually ask me what I thought the problem was with the lowered productivity rate. Uh, hello? I finally told them to pay the people they were laying off and get them out the door, so the people that were left could work in peace, but they saw it as wasted money and kept them around 60 days.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Ah! The weekend! Glad your workweek is over. Hope you enjoy your weekend! Great job staying OP during the stress! You are an inspiration to me when you do things like that and I appreciate it. You help keep me motivated to behave how I know I should.

Mickey - I have tried to explain to them that making those people continue to come to work everyday with nothing to do is cruel to them. THen making us do their work while they do nothing is unfair to us. I told my former boss this week that I was miserable and this situation is unhealthy for everyone. They are bringing in some psychologists the end of this month supposedly but the dang management team can't all agree on what they would like to have happen! And do I really want to chat with a psych of their chosing and will there be confidentiality? It just gets worse each week. I guess they really are trying to do something but everything they do seems wrong to me.

Hi Skye - my post to you just got poofed! I forgot to copy and paste it so here I go again.

My daughter and I went shopping today after eating lunch out but I didn't even try anything on today because I felt fat. I have had too much sodium in the past couple of days I think and now I need to hit the water hard. I seem to drink more water on weekdays when I am at working sitting around.

Thanks for stopping by and I see you are still moving along at a good clip!

Good morning Linda! Don't you just hate that poof monster. Use the back arrow button. That usually works for me!

I'm exactly opposite with the water. I chug on weekends when I have full access to the 'library' (as my grams calls it) any time the need hits. During the week I have to plan when I'll get all my water in or I don't get a walk done cause I have to get home to tinkle!

I'm sorry you didn't feel like shopping. I think the only real reason I get excited now is because I can't wait to see what size I'm going to be!

Hope you're having an awesome day!

I broke 25 pounds yesterday. It seems like it took forever to get here but then I realized that yesterday was also my 2 month anniversary. When I look at it that way, 25 pounds in 2 months is not bad at all.
