Susan,

Wowser! You are making such good :bib: food choices! :shades: Elmer will feel like he has a new wife!

Doesn't it make you feel good to know that you can eat the right foods and feel satisfied and take such good care of your heart and blood sugar levels at the same time?

Susan, you rock! :kool:
