As many will be able to tell you, there is hope. The twins will definitely shrink. I haven't lost much in pounds yet, but I've already noticed my blouses fit better. :yay:

Also, most of us don't tell our hubby how happy we will be when the twins are smaller. They don't always understand.

In terms of melon shrinkage, I have lost 7 inches. I have gone from a 44G-H to a 40DDD. I still have 48 pounds to go so no telling what I will end up with-but I have already mentioned surgery to my husband because I want to be PERKY!

Brian, I know what this post meant, but the placement of it right after biki's post made me giggle.

Stacey: I have no boobs. I'm thinking of buying a starter bra.

There is no excuse in this day and age not to have cleavage. Look at Eva Longoria- she is flat as a pancake and they help her out. On one of your JO days go get a good padded push-up bra and it you need a little more help they have these little silicone chicken cutlet type things that you insert in there for a more "natural" look. :D I am going to expect to see some boobage come June!!!

That's why you get the cutlets. To push up. But go ahead and be Kate Moss if you want. :)

Stacy,
You won't be dissapointed! As long as you stay compliant on MF you an't fail. Just be paitent as your body adjusts. I have the same type of work schedule as you so I just make sure I have a supplement every 3 hours during the hours I am awake. And Most importantly fill up on your water! It help especially at night.
Best Wishes!

 Hi! Stacey...........Welcome!!!

I left God's Country to move back to Louisiana to care for my parents. Boy do I miss good ole Texas! As soon as my "mission" is through.....I'm sure that we will return.

The splenda makes Great sweet tea! I make it a gallon at a time. I also use decaf tea. Can't tell the difference at all! If you need to "wean" off of the caffeine, try mixing 1/2 &1/2 until you completely use decaf. :pour:

About the extra "boobage" you are carrying.........I had the girls reduced in 1987......BEST MOVE I EVER MADE!!! :kool:
Oops!!! Except, of course, Mf!!! :cleader: The great part was, people thought I'd lost a ton of weight, when I actually only lost about 4 pounds! I still believe that somewhere........they are STILL growing in a jar!!! :roflmao:

You'll find lots of support here. :goteam: Everyone is so nice to help out. Your questions will be answered very quickly. If you don't have a health advisor, it helps tremendously! When I joined the program and signed up on the MMT site, I met Dede. :stroll: She's my HA! She helps me with my orders, reminds me of monthly specials, and gives lots of recipes and information! I probably talk :puter: to her EVERY night. She's been SOOOOOOOO much help and my personal little cheerleader while I'm fighting this battle. She's always in my corner! And she's FREE!!!!!!! :yay:

Oops........sorry Dede!!!

Anyway......we're glad you are here, wish you MUCH success, and are ready to listen and help whenever you need it!

Welcome! I had sweet tea when we were travelling in the south, went down to Savannah Georgia (beautiful!!) and it sure is addictive. Mmmm. But that's ok, just remember nothing tastes as good as thin feels! That mantra does me good when I feel tempted hehe. ;)

!

I'm waiting for my surgery after I hit goal. Depending on how they look, I may just have to have those suckers placed back under my chin where they used to be.

Hey, Y'all!

My hubby just called to tell me that my goodies have arrived! :woohoo: That means, Time To Start! Historians take note: Start Date April 3, 2007!!!

We'll be headin' to the beach this year for my birthday - the weekend of June 21st. That gives me about three months of MediFast before swimsuit time! I need to hit Tan It All - I figure if I'm gonna put the fat out there, it might as well be tan fat! 8) I can't wait to see how much of a change MF will make in three months!

Thank y'all so much for all the boobage info! I think I was feeling like I needed to make a decision soon, since I'm scheduled to see the plastics guy soon. But after talking with you all, I think I will give MF time to work it's magic! My primary doc told me that even after I lose weight, the twins won't change, but what would a guy know, right? Biki has already proven him wrong! 7 inches - WOW! You must've had to buy a whole new wardrobe!

I think I'll still keep the appointment, though, just to have the consultation on the books. Even after I'm my new MF skinny self, I think I'd like to bring perky back some day. I recently had to buy my first "F" bra. I wonder why they skip "E"? E sounds so much better than F. I so miss those perky "C" days back in my 20's! Sometimes I still take out the sexy old C's just to look at how pretty bras can be at that size. Now my boobies laugh at C's - they know there's no C cup that can hold them back! :muahaha: There's nothing sexy about a bra cup I can fit my whole head in (another story for another time....).

Serendipidy, you know it's true, anyone can have cutlet cleavage. My four year old nephew found his mama's cutlets the other day. Just one cutlet down the front of his shirt made a pretty good bosom for him. We found the other one stuck to my sleeping brother's forehead. That's what he gets for napping on 4-year-old duty!

ChellA, I was wondering, what was your reduction experience like? Did you heal up quickly? Scars fade or stay? I have to admit, I fear pain ... but to have nips that point north again ... or even vaguely forward .... and to see my toes! (and everything in between  )

Jamie (PinkPrincess) - I was wondering, since there will be about three days a week when I will have an extra shake or two, should I take up exercise to balance the extra meals? I know I've seen a treadmill somewhere under the piles of ironing and laundry... :treadjog:

SHOUT OUT to Judy and Ted from Oregon, my new sponsors! So nice that you caught me with a margarita in one hand and a tortilla in the other when you called to introduce yourselves Saturday night! (So much for cutting back carbs early - that was one really looong day.) Really, I'm so glad to meet y'all! Thank you so much for taking me on!

So here we go! I've got my Crystal Light tea in one hand and my shaker in the other. Bring it on! :bananadance:

Love from Texas,
Stacey
