Hey all you losers join my mini challenge

Postby mytime » March 15th, 2009, 8:57 pm

Ok, so here is the story. I have been stuggling and bouncing on and off progam with many false promises of fresh starts. I know this site worked very well for me in the past. I think it was having to make myself publicly accountable. I am making a commitment to this site and its members as well as myself that I will remain on plan until my birthday - no bouncing. If you have been struggling join me. My birthday is 3/27 and while in my mind this seems stupid easy the last 3 weeks and my behavior tell me otherwise. Join my challenge and lets make it until at least 3/27 100% on plan. Mytime

Sure. I'll join you. We go back to school tmrw. after Spring Break this last week and it is always easier for me to keep up during school breaks. Summers are easier for me, so this 2 1/2 month lead in to summer will help me, too.

I am half-buttedly doing it now. Starting Monday the 23rd, though is the day.

I feel like it is such a waste to get rid of the food in the fridge and the closets, especially when I have little money to go around as it is.

So, until this weekend ends and the food supply is out, I am hurried to get a list of new recipes and forgotten recipes together.

Ok GREAT! I am doing the full fast for now. WIll probably switch to the five and one as I find it much easier but for now I need the discipline and rapid wt loss of the full fast. Today marks my 6th day of 100% complaince and I already feel a whole lot better. I leave for Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday on Thursday and hope to stay on full fast until Friday night when I will get to have my one = of the 5 and 1. So thank you all for joining my mini pledge and best of luck to all of you!!! Mytime.

How have you been doing?? I am doing the 6 MF meals, too, now. It's easier for me and less thinking involved, which is exactly what I need lately.

That's why I love accountability with my Health Coach or family or friends... always asking how I am doing. It's hard to have a nice, scrumptious cookie knowing someone is going to ask how I am doing! :)
