Postby rayray » September 6th, 2006, 6:41 pm

Ok, now that I have really gotten into a routine of exercise I need some suggestions on what exercises will help me to get rid of that fat that hangs down from my arms (my chicken wings) and what will help to get rid of that saggy part of my tummy. I walk on the tred mill and I am doing crunch thingys with the medicine ball but I want to know what has worked for ya'll

I've heard conflicting stories that
a: it will never go away with surgery
b: it will go away in time
c: vitamin e moisturizer will help
d: massage will help
e: exercise will help

Well... we all have time. Moisturizer is a good thing. Massage stimulates blood flow and promotes relaxation so that is also a good thing. Exercise promotes muscle formation, relaxation, better sleep, mood stabilization, flexibility, and calorie burn.

So go for c,d,and e?

I love pilates! Three weeks and I am telling you it's making a difference in my body shape. I'm stronger, more flexible. I'm sleeping better. I'm not as stressed.. and wow my waist is starting to appear.
