Hello Medifasters

Postby lose54lbs » June 5th, 2009, 2:04 pm

I am so thankful I don't have to do this weight loss things alone. I am so amazed at all the great people here and stuff I have learned over time that I decided to finally make the big step and join. I am not so good at forum posting, a little nervous, but would like to finally give back all that I have learned!

One more thing - remember to eat within an hour of waking, whatever time you wake up during the day. (I am always at the end of that hour or a little over, because I have to wait an hour after taking my thyroid pill before I eat - and there's some kind of soy issue with that medication so I make sure I don't use a soy-based supplement as my first of the day. If you're on any medications, make sure to check if soy reacts with them or limits their effectiveness/absorption in some way.)
