I'm soooo thrilled..that i'm on day 5 and I lost 4 lbs! I'm not feeling tired, hungry anymore. The first 3-4 days was a killer! I was licking the inside of the wrapping from the bars!! haha..my co-wrker had a kick out of that.I can't stand the smell of chicken soups! I 'd like to lose 20 lbs.

I'm just worried about transitioning off of it ..i don't want to gain it back.
& i won't!

Hi There,
Just keep going. Be very compliant....once those first three days are over you don't want to repeat them again. :cry: Those pounds will be gone in no time at all :D .. and don't worry about transitioning...there's a program for that... just follow it right along and you'll be fine.

Thanks soo much for the support guys! I'm glad I found this forum! It took me awhile...my sister & my mom are ordering medifast right now! taking advantage of that **free week**It'll be nice to have a support system right at home 8)
