I placed my first order for 5 weeks of Medifast "stuff" on Saturday night. I've been looking for a forum for a couple of days. The message board on the MF web site is kind of lame. This one is tons better. I look forward to hanging with you guys and learning the ins and outs of MF. Ready, set, GO!!!!!

Hi Sandy. glas you found us. i know what ya mean about that other site. that was the first 1 i ever went to. the feedback is so slow. i still go on there sometimes.but i love this one.

welcome fellow newbie! I am just in my second week. you will be very happy you found this forum. they all are wonderful people here. and i totally agree with you on the medifast site forum..its not very organized at all and no threads=no fun :(
