I adjust mine on Sundays at Roll Call. It is just simpler that way for me, especially since my weight can fluctuate during the week. :x

Congratulations on making it through the first three days Chynna!

I was adjusting my ticker as the weight loss happened, then I decided to only change it at roll call (Sundays).....but I became too excited :oops: :? when I saw a loss 2 days in a row that I gave in and changed it this morning. Now I'm going to have to do some head scratching to see what I weighed last week (or I'll just go back and look in my ticker stats) so I know how many pounds loss to report this week.

I think you'll enjoy roll call and seeing everyone's losses in one spot and being able to add yours in there also. :D

Great job!! I hear you with the headaches. Are you a coffee drinker? I haven't been drinking coffee since I started. I'm 2 days down. Keep up the good work! :D

Biki i just might haf'ta bring my boxing gloves to roll call tomorrow so i can smack'ya like you told me to do if i haven't loss!...and Tawanda Tawanda Tawanda KUDDO"S on losing 2 days in a!!!!:-P :-P

last25..i do hope your headaches go away, and yes i am a coffee drinker but i've limited myself to just one cup a day since i started the program, but even before i started the program i would only have two cups a day..i think maybe i waited to long between meals...maybe i should eat every 2 hrs.instead of every 3 hrs.
