Good Morning

Postby Lasi » July 30th, 2007, 6:35 am

This is my two week check in. I am getting in the routine and know this is something that I can continue with. I am down 14.8 lbs.

I was wondering how the ones who started in July are doing. And everyone else of course!

What are changes that you have seen in July?

I have found the food that I like and have stocked up on some of those. I have my routine down for bringing food to work.

My clothes fit better. I don't feel stuffed into them. I am not hurting as much. I have started to exercise some. I plan on increasing that.

Come on in and share.

Hi Lasi!

I might as well use your post to make my debut! I'm new to the forum, but I started MF on 07/11.

So far I'm down 11.8 lbs. :D

Changes I've seen in July:

Looser clothes, looser rings and yesterday I noticed my watch sliding around to the underside of my wrist! Now that's a big one, because I am used to having imprints when I take my watch off at night.

I'm in day 20 of compliance and I've found it truly does get easier after the first few days. My tastes have already changed though. I'm really digging the Cappuccino, the eggs and chili. I can no longer stomach the broccoli soup or oatmeal though. Two things I loved the 1st week!

Welcome to both of you,

Sounds like you both have your heads in the right place, and are settling in nicely.

Started 7/23/07 Lost: 8.5lbs

I also love the Cappuccino with lots of ice in the blender. Still love the oatmeal.

My raging headaches seem to have disappeared. :D
I cheated friday night and had 2 sandwichs from chic-fil-a which i thought i wouln't recover from but I woke up Sat. and continued back on the program. I hope i'm over my cheating. It should get easier to say no I hope.

Looking forward to week 2.
