I'm full

Postby cynben » January 27th, 2006, 1:36 pm

Do I have to have 5 supplements every day? I can usually only do 4...I think I'm just drinking so much that I'm too full.

Hi Cynben! If you don't get enough calories your body will go into starvation mode & you will retain weight :aarggh: not the goal you are looking for. Your body will adjust to the 5 supplements & all the water. You are doing a good thing for yourself.

Keep shakin'!

Cynben,

Welcome!

YES -- you need to get all your supplements in. Stelar is stop on with the why. You will adjust soon.

Believe me there is nothing worse than skipping a supplement and waking up feeling and doo doo and thinking you are starving.

Your body needs the fuel or else you will throw all your hard work down the drain...... ;0)

When I get like that, I have hot chocolate or chai tea. If you drink it while you are watching TV or getting ready for bed, it doesn't feel like eating a meal. That's kinda why I like that not all of the foods are real big "meal" meals.
