FIT!

Postby kdluster » March 19th, 2004, 8:07 am

Hey guys - quick question...is it ok for us older kids to use the FIT shakes?

I need to get some RTD for a trip and nticed they were on sale.

Let me know.

Thanks!

I was wondering about that too ....... I exclusively use the RTD and was gonna stock up on the FIT since it's on sale. I think in the newsletter that Nancy addressed this. Yep, here's what she said (hope she doesn't mind I quoted her)

"FYI

The FIT! Chocolate Drinks and the FIT! Peanut Butter Bars are both on sale while supplies last for the month of March 2004.

These products have virtually the same formulations as the Dutch Choc Medifast 55 Ready to Drink shakes and the Peanut Butter Supplement Bars. The Fit! Peanut Butter Bars have one more gram of sugar and carbohydrate than the regular Medifast Peanut Butter Supplement Bar. The Fit! Chocolate Ready to Drink has 20mg more of potassium than the Choc Medifast 55 RTD. They can be used by adolescents or adults interchangeably. "

I could definitely use the extra potassium, I've noticed that I'm on the verge of leg cramps at night. So, I'm gonna give a try and save some bucks too!

Yup, my Newsletters have lots of juicy info just for you!

If you have leg cramps, have some bullion or a dill pickle. The Fast Soups do the trick, too.
