FEELING GREAT

Postby want2Bthin » March 22nd, 2005, 12:28 pm

I STARTED THE PROGRAM ON 3/10/05 SO I AM NOT VERY FAR IN MY JOURNEY. BUT I HAVE HAD SO MANY WONDERFUL THINGS HAPPEN BESIDES THE WEIGHT LOSS. I AM A MIGRAINE SUFFERER AND HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH ONE ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR QUITE A WHILE. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE SINCE I STARTED MF. ONE OTHER AWESOME THING HAS HAPPENED- I WAS IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT (THEY HAD TO GET ME OUT WITH THE JAWS OF LIFE). I HAVE HAD PAIN DAILY SINCE THE ACCIDENT. SINCE STARTING MF I HAVE HAD MORE DAY WITHOUT PAIN THEN WITH. WHAT A WONDERFUL BLESSING THIS HAS BEEN. I AM 30 AND HAVE FELT 80 FOR WAY TOO LONG. I CAN FINALLY BE A SUCCESSFUL MOM AGAIN. I ENJOY READING EVERYONES UPS AND DOWNS FOR SUPPORT. YOU ARE ALL GREAT.

Angelia -- that is so wonderful to hear! I'm glad you're benefitting from MF in so many ways; it'll certainly make it easier and even more rewarding to stick with it til you reach goal. Sounds like incorporating some MF supps into your maintenance program might be a good idea, too, if you're still feeling so wonderful by then. Perhaps it's partly the soy protein?

Yeah Angelia! I am so happy you too are benefiting from "side effect" of MF! Isn't it motivating to stick to it??? :)

Yes it is wonderful! I think it might have something to do with not having all the sugar. Whatever it is I couldn't be happier. Once again thank you all for your support.
