Well, here I am...all 161 pounds of me. Can't seem to find a picture of me by myself ...maybe I can get one made before too much longer. Anyway, I can't wait to finally have a picture of me that I am proud of!

I still think 6# gone is terrific! Pretty soon your kids will be chasing you instead of vice versa!

Thank you, Nancy & Diane. My children are very proud of me...that's why we're homeschooling...my children love me so much and think I can do anything! I think they've learned that from their father.

Nancy, I think I am so critical of myself because I know what I am capable of, and I can do better. Medifast is letting me see that.

I look forward to my loss getting a little bigger every day!

Well all of you are just cute as buttons!!!!!!! Wow, you don't look like you're very overweight to me. But beauty is in the eye of the owner of the body in our case, and you'll be thinking you're easy breezy beautiful very soon. Golly just keeping us with those cuties who look very smart and resourceful would keep some pounds off of me. Phew. Life has given you a full plate with happy good-looking blessings!
