I just saw this, Lisa. Isn't Medifast just the best? Sticking to the program really pays off. You are quite an inspiration.

Losing weight is such a big feat, and staying really true to the plan is awesome too!

Lisa, I am so sorry I haven't said anything yet! I haven't really been reading since I was too busy having a pity party! Well, the pity party is over and I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You are such an inspiriation!!!! Thanks for all your support and words of wisdom! You worked hard to get here and deserve all the admiration in the world!
