EDITED - I REMOVED A MISFACT - ooops sorry

Exercise is not recommended in the first 3 weeks then follow the walking program after that. Better to do less than more in the beginning.

My favorite water is the Smart Water, but I can't afford it all the time. Nestle is NASTY!

Funny-one would think bottled water is water - uh NO!

Just double checking....they suggest women use 70's not 55's? I had it so backwards!

Nestle water would not even go in the dog bowl...or the toliet bowl for that matter, I can do Disani as well.

My husband works in computers, they have a saying RTFM, which translates to read the freaking manual, okay freaking is not the word, but you get the idea. I need to read more of the manual and get this stuff down. All my shakes right now are 55's.

BTW I do not like the PB bars, no Sam I do not like at all...I have to get 12 more down, those are off my order :puke:

On to day 5...my scale has been so kind each morning. See ya later Rodeo...

OOOPPPS!! My bad - you had it right, I had it wrong! So SORRY! The 55's are for women. BUT the 70's are okay, especially if you are on the go. I always consider the 55's for couch potatoes. I have over 100 pounds to lose. I lost 80 in 4 months back in '07 before my ankle surgery and that was while using all 70's.

Might be able to arrange a trade for the PB bars. I know several who like them. I am with you. If it ain't real peanut butter - I don't want it!

You know how there is one person who finds all the missing high school people for reunions? Well that could be me, I am very talented at finding the missing, sometimes it takes YEARS...my friend Dave was such a case. David , Ruben my BFF Lisa and I stomped at Mira Costa High in the 80's, Dave and Ruben put Simon and Garfunkle to shame with their harmony, and they were ALWAYS together. Lisa died at 20 from cancer, I moved coasts, and Dave dropped from sight. I had found Rube and we would catch up over the years, I would look for Dave but his name was so common.

I was catching up with Ruben and had an idea, it took me two hours and I knew I had Dave...after so many hours spent looking, so many years I had him. It was weird to me , why now??? Well his mom called me back, 2 years ago tomorrow Dave died :(

I boo hooed most the night, devestated that I had to tell Ruben. We are going to plant a tree, and I hope to set up a web memorial Dave was a gifted singer in the Fremont CA area, Dave Shaffer. Anyhow I am venting, cause I do that.

Meanwhile, Day 6 is going well.

Take care

Obviously Someone led you to the news about Dave so that you and Ruben could have a little memorial and remember him together. I'm sorry for the sad news but now you know, and you can grieve, and hold on to the good memories. There is nothing like high school pals, ever.

You have had a busy week-sadness and then a victory resisting at the birthday party. I was cracking up at your water comments. I love Ozarka and Sparkletts. We have a cooler at the house and home delivery, plus at work on of our "perks" is the water cooler. I won't drink tap water at all now.

Letter from CEO

To help employee moral we have added a water cooler, however as you all know due to the bad economy we have had to make cut backs...but again to help employee moral there will be no job losses. Now we are in business during this difficult times, cut backs must come...in lieu of the water cooler, and no job losses, we have removed the bathrooms  Please see to that business on off time

Week 2

The first week went well. I have had a very good side effect to the MF, my hair was FALLING out, did all the tests, nothing. My hair texture has changed, it's softer and does not seem to be falling out as fast.

I have added Flax oil gel/tabs to my diet... to help the junk in the gut to pass out if ya know what I mean

Anyhow I am please with it...I went to the best birthday party yesyerday, THANK GOD for diet coke...I had two, yes two kids parties, one Saturday, one Sunday. The one Sunday had a lady who brought animals for the kids to pet...snakes, cooler than I thought, bunnies, chickies, hamsters, bunnies, lizards, and are you ready????? Are you readdy...TWO BABY WALLABYS!!!!!!! OH my gosh they were so fun, oh and two ferrets...

I played with everything,,,except the blue tongue lizard, its a lizard with the head of a snake, but body of a lizard ICKY , the snakes, no problem, I felt them first, they were like the softest leather, not cold or slimey (sp)

Anyhow, I did well, both parties I did not bring a supp and my schedule got off, next time I will travel with. I mowed through chicken and broccoli last night, I put Soy Sauce on the Brocc, a personal favorite, now I will actually find out how bad that was sodium wise. I will still down weight wise...

Okay.... I am still in my crazy mood, and everyone is so down, I have decided a good old fashioned football pool is in order...Medifast style. To be fair, your pick will include two weeks. A nice surprise to the winner.

The pool...now they have been done for football, superbowl, baseball, basketball even babies, but mine is clavicles.

The question is,,,,at what point will I have clavs...that are not hiding in fat. I will be on MF just short of 26 weeks, when you chose , do so odd week first ie:

week 9 and 10

Okay any action????

I want to play with the baby wallaby!!! How cool! Unfortunately, the lizards would have sent me running in the opposite direction and screaming at the top of my lungs. I give your clavicles an appearance at the end of week 10!

Wow sure is quiet around here. Things are becoming very automatic for me, which is nice. I feel I had to think all day last week to get through with Week 1, now not so much. I set up a spreadsheet where I chart my supps and weight. I also added a colum for weight for 180 days losing about a 1/2 lb a day, this was to have a weekly goal that by this week I would like to be here etc etc, and of course it counts down my days. I am serious, I will give Medifast 180 days, thats it...now between you me and the web...I REALLY REALLY hope I am at goal by then.

Now I don't know if it was the diet coke I had the past few days, but I was a hungry soldier yesterday, I INHALED my L and G. Meanwhile, I hope everyone is doing well.
