oooo your bunny is moving down the lane, very cool. Yes I am going back to being VERY careful with MF and I hope to see a step this week, I am not so much as doing the treadmill, that is where it all derailed.

okay, the scale has received a new lease on life as it finally is not stuck lol. Had a nice moment yeasterday when I went to the doctor to see about my arm, still in pain after 4 months, I was 252 in May when I saw here I hit the doctor scale with clothes on at 233 , that made me happy.

I am missing the exercise but not the stress of not losing, so I will just be straight MF for a while at least tilee 195 if not 175.

I saw in your post elsewhere that it's been 60 days already? That's amazing how fast the time goes! How do you feel, 1/3 of the way through your turnaround?

Hey 180, congrats on a nice weigh in at the doc's ! That must feel good :). I completely understand about the whole desire to exercise but that messing with weight-loss ... straight MF seems the way to go in my life as well (not to mention the time factor !), through it can be tough to not have your body being as active as regular exercise allows. You'll get there though :).

I soo have not been around. I am currently 222, I actually think I will see 219 before Sundays weigh in as I have had a good week. Still on plan, well modified, but still pulling off weight, managed a trip to WI and did have some of my favorite foods from there, like a donut from this wonderful bakery, but the funny thing is, it was soooo not all that, if I never have another that is okay. I also tried a burger at my favorite burger joint...so i guess I am over the junk so to speak. I much prefer a good salad. 8/31 I meet with PS regarding my abdominoplasty...a surgery healed badly will hopfully have it paid for by insurance. I will have surgery the begining of Oct, need to be 185 by then. NO PROBLEMO....

So why don't I hang out? I hate the new set up...can't get used to it, but wanted to tell people not to give up. I lived in the 230's for like a month!

Congrats on the loss! Maybe the new format is why everyone has been somewhat absent...I have been having some bad times so I haven't been on here too much. I hope your surgery goes well and you continue to do well.

Okay, okay, I am posting. Still HATE the new set up, but I hated MF pudding too and now I just do it. So I will JUST do it. The forum is sooooo quiet. Okay the update, insurance is giving fits over my surgery, my surgery date is now end of December. I did not gain any weight despite the last 90 of my 180 I was so not on plan, but am on day 2.

Today we talk about the thyroid, I have learned a lot. One JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE NORMAL Tsh levels does not mean your thyroid is not messed up. My hair was totally falling out, I complained for over a year, finally after HOURS, okay weeks on the internet I found a wonderful doctor two hours from me. I was put on Armour right away. Now Armour can not be taken with soy products so I take it at night and my last supp of the day is Chai Latte, minimal soy they tell me. HATE Chai, but I just do it. I have been good as gold for 2 days, peeing like a horse again, but that kinda excites me as you know those first few weeks OP are magical. MY goal is 199 at surgery, so right around 20 lbs. I will have 20-30 lbs taken off my truck at surgery. I know I almost fell out when the doctor told me that. I would have much rather have been much thinner by surgery but my abdominals are toast.

OKAY all you loser, where are you??? Calling all losers, gainers, restarter, absent people...come on down. We need to get people posting again. I feel so bad I was absent for so long, so very happy I did not have to move the ticker back :) My goal is the same goal I have had, I want to see 219 REALLY bad.

Biggest Loser, so glad the whiner Tracy got voted off! Remind me and I will tell you all the crazy supplement I am taking, iodine is one of the interesting one, helps with a sluggish thyroid. Face every fat person wants to hear the magic words yout thyroid is screwd...me??? I just want my hair back :shades:

I do so solemly swear to check the forum 2x a day, I also swear to get out of my journal and into other journals, I also swear to be a good ear to anyone who just wants to bi#ch, err I mean complain their frustrations.

Glad to see you back! I am happy to hear that you finally found a doctor to help you with your thyroid issues. The board has been quiet, but it picks up every now and then. I have been "stuck" for a month or so, but it is my fault because I have not been 100% on plan in...well a long long time.

hey girl. i have thyroid issues too and have to do the first 2 meals every day non soy supplements. chai isnt the only one, i hate chai too. hot cocoa, cappuccino, creamy soups and scrambled eggs are non soy based as well as fruit punch, cran mango drink and rasp tea.
its no fun having a sluggish thyroid. but so far medifast has been the only thing iv been able to lose weight on. sure its a little slower going than normal but its going.
just wanted to tell you the icky chai latte isnt your only choice!

Thank you, I am happy to know I pulled the right supplement. I take my pill at night about 10pm so Chai is the last thing O do. I had like 3 boxes of it sitting around, don't like it, but just do it. I have eggs, NEVER tried em. My new theory I eat and drink it all, it all goes down and the scale follows! My hair has already stopped falling out YAY...
