Good morning, gorgeous!

Yes, in the beginning, I had leg cramps. It's not uncommon. With all the water, etc, sometimes our electrolytes get out of balance. The Fast Soups (chuck full of potassium) help. I also took a potassium supplement for a while. And, yes, heat, message, OTC pain killers, gentle walking, avoiding extreme stretches, even some Icy Hot Chill Stick, all helped.

Hang in there! The body gets adjusted. If it doesn't go away, definitely go see your doctor. Mine took about a month.
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana

{sigh...Lee Majors...mmh mmh}

Hey Chynna, I experienced leg and toe cramping in the beginning, as well...dill pickles worked for me (the sodium helps). Keep shaking, girl - you're doing great!

Hello precious lady:+)))
Thank you so much for releiving my mind..WHEW! I didn't quite know what was happening...lol! It is more of a "zonk"it type pain..kinna like a nerve that's been tapped but won't subside immediately...feels weird when i get up to walk..hard to describe the feeling...but i did apply some Icy Hot to it earlier, and it's helping alot...if it doesn't completely go away by Tuesday i will call the doctor..may be something else. Thanks again Diana:+)

Love,
Chynna

Hi there buddie..not so good..sweet of you to ask.
I am over here WORRYING myself to death because my three little babies (fur) ate some of that recalled dog food. It was the Iam's brand whch is also made by the Menu company. The specific recall type was the "Cuts with Gravy"...Chyna, Precious, and Rossi ate Iam's Chicken with Rice Entre'. Girl you KNOW i have monitoring them verrrry closely...so far, no ill symptoms have occurred. They had dental work done on Wednesday March 14th..so i bought them some soft dog food to eat until they could start eating there regular dog food again (Purina One-dry). So please keep your fingers crossed for me that they'll be alright...i LOVE my babies soooooo MUCH.

I hope everything has been going smooth for you buddie....you're doing GREAT!

Ok, keep shakin:+))

I will keep you and your little ones in my prayers. You take care of yourself too...don't lose sight of yourself as you are focusing on your babies...remember to take care of you...Love yah!!

Hi there girlfriend!! Hope your puppies are doing well. Did you by chance call your vet and ask his/her advice? I am so happy that you have reached your one month anniversary - and 10 pounds down - congratulations. It's been so wonderful to have you as an addition to this forum. Keep on shakin' :D

I actually took them to the vet, and everything is fine..WHEW! I also finally got a response from the Iam's company and they said that the particular food that my babies ate were NOT on the recall list..praise the lord for that!
My heart "hurts" for all that have lost there babies:+(..can't even imagine not having Chyna, Precious, and Rossi around. Thank you for caring my friend:+)

I read in an article today the company had several cats die during the taste test phase of the production - seems to me that should have been a clue :x
