Okay, I have to admit that I am one who doesn't read everyone's journals. I should, however, try to check in on some every once in a while. Sometimes there just isn't time in the day.... and I've been gone for two weeks on vacation.
Chynna, I am very sorry that you haven't been feeling well, and that I haven't been here to be uplifting for you.
I will endeavor to check in on you more often. Nickie too.... ;)

I am grateful that others on here were uplifting for you, and helped to clear up some of the issues (even if there was one individual who was entertained by the whole thread - makes me wonder what grade they are in).

Anyhow, glad you are feeling better, and yes, I definitely hope that you stay here.

Tawanda...i am so happy to see you:+))

LOL, Tonia, it wasssss a friendly L&G. I had Lobster with no butter (seriously)...i swear it wasn't bad like that...bypassed the baked potato with butter and sour cream, instead had steamed aparagus, a very tasty salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers with Light Balsamic Vinaigrette (passed on the croutons). Diet Dr. Pepper was my beverage, and my dessert was coffee with skim milk and Splenda VOI'LA!!!

Hey Nickie, that dinner was da BOMB and i am here to tell'ya...lol!
O'ooooh Donica and Suzy my dears, you can be sooooo proud of...i turned down a BIGGGG scrumptious piece of Double Chocolate Cake with confectioners sugar sprinkled on top and Vanilla ice cream on the side:+))))...Lordy that was hard, but i did it!!!...i stayed compliant:+))

Kelee, my daughter lives in Syracuse not far from Ithaca...and Nickie lives in Central New York...don't know how far that is from Syracuse/Itaca area, but wouldn't it be kool for us to meet and go to lunch...of course we'd bring our shakes..LOL! j/k

Mike..thank you so much for your input and "insight."...made me wonder too!

Ok guys...will be back later!
Oh i'm so excited to be back!!!!!

Love,

You go girl...how did you eat lobster without the butter? I don't like lobster but when I was in San Fran I had crab and I still used the butter - very little though.

How have your puppies being doing by the way? Everytime I turn around there is more on the news regarding that. They keep expanding the recall. I saw on a website a cute little yorkie that was sick....really sad. I have a yorkie-poo. Cutest little thing and such a good dog.

My girlfriend seems to be on the mend. She goes to the doctor on Tuesday and will probably be able to put a little bit of weight on that leg. Can you believe that happened almost 6 weeks ago - or has it been 6 weeks?

That would be too cool if you were able to lunch with other MFers. Maybe someday we should all take a cruise together...that would be too fun.

I hope you are having a great day and that you have a very enjoyable weekend!!

Well it's about 5:10PM here in Upstate New York and the sun is still shinning and it's still warm outside...what a MIRACLE!! My dh will be here in a few from work and he's a yard'aholic...he LOVES working in the yard and planting beautiful flowers and shurbs etc..me, i'm just the opposite..lol!

Hey Nickie, sure WILL keep you posted about the New Yorker's lunch date..lol! but like Suzy mentioned, a MF Cruise would be totally AWESOME!!!!:+))

Tonia, you are so funny. I didn't mean to make your mouth water like that..LOL! Was it like Pavlov's dogs salivating when he heard that bell????..you know i'm just playing around don't cha?..meaning no harm. Think i'll have shrimp in a salad tonight:+))

Suzy my friend, thank you for inquiring about my little babies. Knock on wood, but right now they are doing fine. As i'm typing right now he news is on talking about yet ANOTHER recall..can'ya believe it? They're now saying it was spiked on purpose with an industial chemical to make it look like there was an increase in protein. So i am faithfully monitoring things.

I am soooo HAPPY that your girlfriend is doing much better, and yes, i do believe it's been about 6 weeks since she became disabled. I will keep praying that she continues to recover to 100%!...she sounds like a real trooper.

Ok guys going to read some more journals now...EVERYONE have a great weekend!!!
Keep on shakin:+)

Love,
Chynna

I got a real late start this morning. It is 11:00 and i'm just having my first supplement...don't know if i'll be able to get them all in today...any suggestions? I usually set my clock for 7:00am but i didn't hear it this morning for some reason, maybe it's because i felt tired more than usual yesterday. Anyway i'll drink all the water i can and hope i'll see at least a pound loss tomorrow.

I will be going out of town tomorrow on a trip with my church. The choir has to sing in celebration of another ministers church anniversary and i play for the choir so i HAFTA go. We're going to Salt Point, New York. maybe some of you from the New York has heard of it. So i will checkin later tomorrow night.

Have a GREAT day everyone!

I have read that it is okay to double up on a supplement so you can get all of them in.

I don't know what time you go to bed so you could either do that or have a supplement every 2.5 hours instead of 3.
