Cool! It's just my hidden cameras...

I am self-taught but, let's face it, I have a lot of time on my hands. You can tell by comparing the first ones with my later work that there was a learning curve. I got the Photoshop software for Christmas and it is so confusing I am still using Paintshop. Paintshop has a Learning Center so when you click a button, you get general directions. Oh well, it's not life or death! But I am glad you got a laugh. I need one right now.

When my husband saw my Bikipatra/Liz pic he liked it so much he had me print it out on photopaper so it could be framed! But in his typical backhanded compliment way, he said "Oh, but when did your face ever look like that-certainly not since I have known you!" So I did another Liz, this one with the pic from my avatar! I made it my desktop wallpaper so he can't miss it. In acting class, I did a scene from Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and have always loved the movie, so here goes:

Thanks, kids. I shouldn't mention so often the hurtful things my husband says all the time without saying he is having a really hard time starting a new business right now-nothing is running according to schedule-so maybe he is just stressed. And also has communication issues. Obviously.

Will do very soon! I wanted to let everyone know I haven't stopped wanting to leopardize. My free one month trial ran out on my Paint Shop Photo Pro and rather than pay 79.99 to upgrade I just bought the whole package on disc on EBAY for 38.95. I did receive Photoshop software for Christmas bundled with my Wacom tablet but the learning curve has been steep! I get so frustrated doing the simplest things! My opinion that it was harder and less user-intuitive was confirmed when I saw 6-hour "How To" video sets on EBAY for it! So it isn't just me! I should be back in business in a few days. I am going into leopardizing withdrawal myself, especially with so many newbies and restarters!!!

NO! I am just not smart enough to figure out my new software! I was practicing on a picture of my aunt and uncle to get a feel for it yesterday and they looked WORSE than they did before. I wasn't trying to change them, just enhance the photo! I should have what I am used to in a few days and you will be a vision of loveliness. I promise!

It is SO funny! I was looking on intranet at work yesterday as they had posted some pix that hadn't been up before -- mine was very yukky!!! but it hit me that i had on a leopard blouse!!!! how funny is that??? and i promise, it was not planned -- they just pulled us into the conf room one day and said it was time to get pix of everyone! i didn't have make up on or anything ~ i may send it to unca tim for studio when i post my first during pix (not doing that until i am in 220s - maybe by sunday). :)

anyway, just made me think about this topic when i saw it -- you know i just HAD to laugh! and i'll have to have another pic taken at work once i lose some more weight :)

I finally got my software replaced yesterday and you were at the top of my list. The zebra request inspired me to put you on safari. The backdrop is kind of hazy but I took it on my camera phone as the sun was coming up and a giraffe just happened across the dirt road. The sight brought tears to my eyes. It could have been the gin and tonic I was nursing at the time (yes that early) but, maybe just maybe, it was because it was so beautiful. Hope you like your picture. (Had to add a little leopard scarf to fit our theme here!) Unca, can you even up these pics for me without making the new one too small?
