Bye bye week 2- and 17 pounds!

Postby fedup » June 15th, 2005, 6:47 am

Today was my week 2 weigh in, (which I am going to change to Sunday's soon), but I still had to post my 2 week results 'cause I'm so happy...

Week 1= 12 pounds down
Week 2= 5 pounds down!

I'm so happy with my results so far!!!!! THank you to EVERYONE on this forum! I was so worried that I'd see the usual week 1 loss but stall after that, (crazy fears...) but I was down 5 more this week! Hurray for Medifast!

I am so excited for you WAY to go :hi5: ! I weigh in on Sunday for the end of week 2 and I hope I am as sucessful as you have been. Are you on the 5&1 plan with the meal or the complete fast? I am always so curious about how everyone is getting there.

I'm on the complete plan. I have 3 shakes a day, 1 soup with crackers, and 1 bar. Then of course I guzzle that water!!!

Thanks for the congrats! I was indeed happy when I saw that scale. I stayed off of it for a couple days so I would "see" it more! I'm sure you'll do great too! Isn't MF wonderful!

I think when you're doing the complete program it's 5 or 6 supplements, depending on how much you need. If I'm having a "hungry day" I 'll definitely add that 6th supplement! (Just no extra bar! :( ) We all wish huh! ;)

Martha,
you're right its either 5 meal replacements /day and one lean and green or 6 meal replacements. That is 5/1 or 6/0
