Body temperature?

For the past 3 days I have been running a very slight fever starting in the mid afternoon until I go to bed. In the morning, it is normal. By slight, I mean it is only 100.5. I am always very flushed as well. Which isn't a totally bad thing, as I am pale on a good day..

I'm not on any meds at all. I haven't had so much as a tylenol for about a month.

Anyone else experience this?
