Good picture..nice to meet you! Just stick with Medifast and with all the extra energy and time (from not eating), you can clean that office right up :) Happy Shaking!

Hey, Joseph! Nice to see you! Wow, that bright yellow caution tape adds a dramatic splash of color to your office decor. Don't know that it would be under Martha's 'It's a good thing' column, but I'll bet the risk management folks at your office appreciate you putting out a warning.
