Glad to see you back on the wagon! You'll do great!

I agree that measurements and pictures really help to motivate. For that reason I'd encourage you to take pictures once a week.

A few years ago, I was on Body for Life. I'd take new pictures every week and compare them to the prior and starting weeks pictures. Every week I could see a difference and that really kept me motivated even when the scale didn't move. I only lost about 12lbs in 12 weeks but there was a huge difference in my before and after pictures. Of course you'd have to take them in your bathing suit to really see the difference. I guarantee it'll motivate you.

I did BFL last year too :) I *only* lost 16lbs, but I went down 30.75 total inches (9.5 from my waist!!!) in 10 weeks - I was in Hawaii the last two weeks of plan so didn't finish. I really love BFL, and will be doing it for LIFE after I lose all of this excess weight & have a couple of surgeries :)

I'm really glad to be back on plan - I feel much better already! :)
