HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I have missed you all so much.

I started Medifast again today. I am ready and committed to change my life for the better.

My Mother-in-law reminded me that there are certain things that only I can do for myself. My weight is my responsibility and no one else's. My success is totally up to me and the decision I make on a meal-by-meal basis.

I am glad to be back. I look forward to giving and receiving support through posting.

I was perusing thru the forum and look who I found here. :D . What a smart mother-in law... she's right .. we have to do it for ourselves. I'll be watching you.. I see a "thinny" summer in your future.
