Hi, I'm back again too...

Postby 2BHealthy » December 26th, 2006, 8:55 pm

Hi everyone,

I've "still been" on Medifast but not consistently. I slipped up around the first of November and have lost/gained lost/gained since then. I just haven't been able to keep it going! I've really been working on my commitment level and analyzing what went wrong last time. I feel like every time I slip up like this I learn something. It's a painful lesson though. It's very difficult not to get caught up in "what would have been" if I stuck with it. Anyway, I'm looking forward to posting again and feeling better with MF. So many of you are doing soooo great. I recognize a lot of names from before and it's inspiring!!

Hey Girl!

The greatest thing about MF is that it's always there when we're ready! I've learned so much more during my periods of struggles than I did when I was compliant. I'm kind of glad these little slip-ups happened, it's made me stronger and more determined!

You'll see some familiar faces checking in around here...Good to see you!

I hate to quote Oprah, but when we know better we do better.
