Back Again

Postby blondeangel7782 » February 5th, 2007, 9:06 am

Hello Ladies & Gents~

So her I am almost a year later and probably could have been at goal by now but like all the other's I'm seeing on here I have fallen off and gained the 14lbs plus WAY MORE back. I have accpeted a plea from my DH to get this weight off and not wait another minute. I have also gained so much inspiration from my 12 year old niece who is into the same styles I'm into and taking her shopping is so dreadful since I have to go into stores like Charlotte Russe and Forever 21.. I only wish I could fit into just the tops and I would be happy. Well to the point I have started yet again and I'm so encouraged now and I have a treadmill at home so when it comes times for me to start trying to walk again without the horrible reprocussions then I can do that in the comfort of my own home... Please send ALL encouraging vibes this way and if you have a myspace please add me <snip>no urls please - Mr. Snippy</snip>

I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you....

There are a lot of us "restarters" back this year. I know if we stick together we can make it to goal this time!!

Good luck!

I also forgot to mention when cooking your lean & green how do ya'll normally determine if the meat is enough like 5-7 ounces? I don't have a scale but I suppose I could get one...

I measure mine with a little scale just to be sure although by now I can eyeball it pretty well.

I would definately invest in a scale. You are probably short changing yourself if you don't.

I use an old Weight Watchers digital scale my wife had. Your better off with a scale because as Jo said you could be short changing yourself! Good luck!

Thanks so much, also one more question I love drinking green tea and was wondering if the lipton diet green tea with citrus which has zero's listed all the way down the nutrition label with the exception of 70mg of sodium is allowed? The only other possible fluke I could forsee is that it has aspartame in it? HELP
