Day 42 of Compliance

Thanks ladies for stopping by with your encouragement. Chyna you are right, seeing those pounds drop is definitely motivating. Who doesn't like instant gratification?? Medifast gives it to us in so many ways whether it's in pounds lost, feeling healthier, looser clothes and so many other NSVs.

Back up .2 today. TOM is here in full force and I understand that there's no way I ate more calories yesterday than I burned, so we'll chalk it up to water. That's my logical brain speaking. My emotional brain wants to scream, but I'll just go on about my day practicing patience and compliance all the while knowing that skinny days are coming!

Exercise: 300 calories on elliptical, 160 ab crunches

In my experience with MF, this can happen for a variety of reasons or no reason at all. The sooner you learn to accept that the sooner you relationship with the scale will become better and more sane. Fluctuations happen. They still annoy me. But patience is required if you plan to see this program all the way through.

Cute you two! I've seen those old posts.

Jo, you must have such a sense of pride in seeing someone you took the time to show the way be so successful. Not only that, but now Biki is here helping newbies with the knowledge you passed on to her. I'm pretty sure that's what they were talking about when they came up with the phrase "Pay It Forward."

Thanks you two for setting such a fine example and giving those of us just starting out the hope, and knowledge for that matter, that it can and will happen for us too!

OK, enough lip service to the queens....gotta go catch up on posts! ;)

Day 43 of Compliance

Thanks girls, for stopping by. The encouragement I get from the great people on this forum is playing a major part in my success.

Today is my week 6 weigh in. 171 giving me a 1.8 loss for the week. This week was very exciting seeing a drop almost every day until the past couple when TOM showed up. Overall that gives me a total loss of 19.6 for 6 weeks on plan.

Every week I try on smaller clothes from my closet and they are fitting better and better each week. It makes me very proud of my compliance and is a great motivator for staying on plan.

Exercise: 300 calories on elliptical, 160 ab crunches
