Hey Linda and Pam!

Thanks for stopping by. You two are both doing marvelously yourselves. I remember when you were both newbies, but just look at you now! It's so fun doing this with friends!

Have a great week!

Hey baby, I posted this in my journal, but I wanted you to see it:

One can never have too many tiaras. But we may need to get one ready for BabyTrace. She's smokin'!

You're doing it the right way and it shows!!

Tracy...you inspire us too ! When the "Brat Pam" (as Jo would call it) wants to fall off plan, the "Smart Pam" ignores her and wins ! That "Brat Pam" can be a nudge (sp?) and especially when the TOM is around !

Anyway, Congrats on all of your successes and please stick around once you hit goal ! I think Jo's getting a tiara ready for you !

Hi Tracy -

Thanks so much for your encouragement in my journal. My life has been pretty hectic lately so I have been looking to MMT and my buddies here to help me through this. I am glad you enjoyed the pics on Photo Bucket. I am very proud of my daughter! She does look like me and she hears that all the time. At least I know how beautiful I will be when I am thin like she is.

Also congrats on your success recently. Won't be long before you are at your goal and starting to transition!

Good morning Tracy,
I know that about 2 weeks ago you wrote in my introduction with a welcome and inspiration. Now that I have finally read all of the entries on your journal, a whopping 17 pages!, I now feel confident in saying CONGRATS on the loss. And you are SO close to your goal! Thank you for posting your weekly weigh ins, and monthly measurements, for they are such inspirations that MF really does work. (Just like you said in my intro ;) ) I can't wait to start my own journey with the 100 days of compliance.
You are doing such a terrific job.

You guys.... ;) I'm blushing!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the encouragement this morning!

I like to think of myself as "Iron Will" when it comes to staying on plan but the truth is since I hit my 100 days my mind has started taking those foody adventures Jo was talking about over in her journal. It's been almost a daily struggle with my inner brat to remain compliant, but luckily smart me has won. I've been journaling like a mad woman the past several days and have really read a lot of posts here over the weekend. It has helped tremendously and then to come here this morning and see your personal encouragement was just the boost I needed to get this week started.

It's a little spooky that my goal is less than 20 lbs away, but I have no intention of leaving once I hit goal. I'll still need the MMT forum then as much as I do now. Sometimes it feels like you guys are the only ones in the world that REALLY understand the issues that people like us face when it comes to food.

Here's to a great on plan week! :toast:

MAN, we really do share a brain :-). I was reading Jo's journal over thw weekend about the brat and just thought it was too early on plan for my brat to come out...then I arrive at the hotel with signs about the rib-eye steaks ALL over the place and I can't stop craving them - - I mean, CRAVING MAD!! Its unreal!! Of course the room service menu has nothing 'healthy' - even the salads are loaded with crap <sigh>

WTG staying compliant!!! Good for you!!! It's not easy, thats for sure!

Day 113 of Compliance

Time for my weekly progress report.

Today is my 16 week weigh in. Down 1.4 lbs from last Wednesday to 148.2 lbs for a total loss of 42.4 lbs.

The last few weeks' losses have been a little odd and I feel like I've entered the "ho-hum" stage where I'm still slowly losing but nothing too exciting is going on. I've reached a point where I feel normal. I'm happy with my size and can tell that I am continuing to shrink even though I may not be seeing dramatic numbers on the scale every week. Even though I am comfortable at 148.2 I still want to reach my goal of 130. That's where the "ho-hum" part comes in. I'm still here chugging along knowing I will eventually get to goal. Medifast has gotten me this far and I know it will usher me to the finish line.

16 Week Progress:
Starting Weight— 190.6
Week 01—8.8 lbs—181.8
Week 02—1.6 lbs—180.2
Week 03—2.0 lbs—178.2
Week 04—1.6 lbs—176.6
Week 05—3.8 lbs—172.8*
Week 06—1.8 lbs—171.0
Week 07—3.4 lbs—167.6
Week 08—2.0 lbs—165.6
Week 09—2.2 lbs—163.4
Week 10—3.0 lbs—160.4
Week 11—2.4 lbs—158.0
Week 12—2.8 lbs—155.2
Week 13—0.2 lbs—155.0
Week 14—5.2 lbs—149.8
Week 15—0.2 lbs—149.6
Week 16—1.4 lbs—148.2

Hey, Trace! LOOK AT THOSE NUMBERS!! You're doing soooooooo well!! Congrats on staying compliant and getting the weight off week after week. I know you must feel AWESOME saying that you feel comfortable with your body, that rocks in so many ways.
