Another posrtcard from the Planet of Thin......

Postby Lois » March 29th, 2005, 9:34 am

Hello, my Fastin' Friends 8)

WOW!!!!!!! It is GREAT to see so many new names here, and so much successful weight loss!!!!!! CONGRATULATION EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

I am happily maintaining my 70 pound MF weight loss......5 months and counting ;)

Best of all, I'm maintaining while eating real food, I'm not starving myself, I'm not over-exercising, and I am enjoying life!!!!!!

The key for me has been getting support and digging into the issues that have been under my food/weight problems my entire life. The process isn't easy, but it's totally worth the effort.....and the happy result is maintaining my weight AND my sanity!

My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary next week....I weigh less than I did on my wedding day, and feel GREAT about my mid-life body.

I wouldn't be living on the Planet of Thin without the help of Medifast and this forum. The MF products gave me the simple, healthy, no nonsense way to lose the weight, and the support of this forum was absolutely what got me through without feeling "alone" in the process.

For all of you LOSERS out there......KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! You are WORTH the effort!

hugs,

Lois

Hey Lois! I am one of the newer members since you were on and am THRILLED to see that so many can keep it off after MF thinning phase is over. Can you give us an idea of what and how often you eat? Are you still using MF products every day? How often?

I am so thrilled for you and look forward to joining you real soon on the maintenance side of things!
