Hi Shakers ... You can add me to the list of newbies in the gang! I'm 35 years old and from Raleigh, NC. I started Medifast two weeks ago and things have been going really well. I started out at 282 and have lost 16 pounds so far. Yay!
I'm so glad to have found that Make Me Thinner site. This forum seems so amazingly supportive and knowlegeable, and hopefully that will make the difference this time.
