And the results are in!!!!

Postby Eander5696 » January 14th, 2006, 3:03 pm

Well...today it has been 7 days/1 week since I started.

The scale told me this morning, I am down......

7 WHOLE POUNDS

That's right...go me...heeeeeeey.....I did it!

And...Im having steak tonight (5 oz). Who says you have to deprive yourself to lose weight???

:eat:

Im so excited to get my new shipment in of new stuff to try! I love so far:

Minstrone
Chili
Chicken and wild rice
Chicken noodle
Oatmeal Raisin bars
Vanilla and Choc and Bananna Shakes
Cappucino

This rocks! I still run into non-believers and "oh its just another fad diet...." but I just say..."Whatever. Let me know when you actually know a little bit about what you are talking about (MF) and when you are ready to have an intelligent conversation about it."

Shuts them up everytime!

Great start!

If you like lemon, I highly recommend the lemon bars. Oh, and the fruit-nut bars are yummy. And the hot chocolate if you like that. The Medi-version is excellent, especially with a nice splash of sugar-free hazelnut (or toasted marshmallow) syrup.

Great job, Eander!

I wanted to tell you that I could not make it through the day without one of the great oatmeals. Next time you order, you might want to give them a try. I see you like the warm foods like soups and chilis. That is one reason I like the oatmeal; in the morning, an nice warm bowl of french vanilla and blueberry oatmeal hits the spot!

Keep on! It will really make a difference in your life!

dang......I forget about putting the marshmallow syrup in my hot chocolate. I've got a bottle of that stuff and I forget all about it. I'm glad you reminded me :D

Also........congrats on the 7lbs Eander.......that is FANNNNNNNNNNNTABULOUS!!! Keep on going strong......you like a bigger variety of the foods than I do so that's awesome!! You should enjoy much success!!
