Missye ~

That's a super 12 days you've had! We can see that you are melting the inches off, too - isn't is nice to be rewarded so quickly for making good food choices?

The way you handled the barbies last weekend is the way we manage our weight for life - eat low fat and low sugar most of the time, when it is not a special event or celebration, stick close to the example you're eating now= multiple small portion meals throughout the day.

Happy for you, and for you, Prata! How awesome is that?

Today I weighed in with a total loss of 10.2, and my official weigh day isn't until FRIDAY!

I've been watching you :shock: You are really doing great!! and the scale is showing that. :D 10 pounds gone for good. Look at everything you've made it thru. You'll be at goal very soon. See, it's not that hard now is it?? :mrgreen:

Okay, here's the stats for this week:

Starting Weight: 149.6
Starting Body Fat: 33%
Height: 5' 3"

End Week 3
Today's Weight: 139.8
Today's Body Fat: 29%
Lost Inches on Waist Wk/Tot: 0.5/2.0
Lost Inches on Hips Wk/Tot: 0.5/1.5
Lost Inches on Chest Wk/Tot: 0/0

I've lost 2.6 pounds this week and I went up from Wednesday (139.4). But that's my TOM coming up. I'm just pleased with the INCHES. I've lost another 1% of Body Fat this week.

Okay, here is week four:

Starting Weight: 149.6
Starting Body Fat: 33%
Height: 5' 3"

End Week 4
Today's Weight: 138.4
Today's Body Fat: 28%
Lost Inches on Waist Wk/Tot: 0.5/2.5
Lost Inches on Hips Wk/Tot: 0.0/1.5
Lost Inches on Chest Wk/Tot: 0/0

This week was a bit slow and frustrating for me. I only 1.4 pounds and 1/2 inch. I'm on my TOM and I know that is why. At least my weight is down today! In the beginning of the week I was WAY UP!! I've never monitored my weight like this while on my TOM, so it was interesting and scarry to see how much I gain. Anyway, despite all this, that one 1/2 inch has knocked me down into the 28% body fat area.

On to week 5 . . .

Great stats!

Congratulations to you - you're right, we don't often realize how much our weight can fluctuate over the course of a week. After a person is on the program and monitoring their weight for a while, they can identify patterns and it helps us to know what to expect. Keep at it, Kate!

Yep, that Aunt Flo is a real pain! Whe she visits she always drags along a few headaches, crabbyappletons, water and cravings...she doesn't stay long - that's the good news!
