Hi all! Long time . . . no post

Hi everybody. Haven't had time to post in a while. Been reading though and keeping up on everyone's great progress. :goteam: Went on vacation last week and went to Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri for a few days with the hubby and kiddos (2 chihuahuas too). Had a great time. I had decided to go off Medifast for the 3 days we were gone. Boy, won't make that mistake again. :x It's been harder getting back on this time than when I originally started. I'm in day 2 now and doing better. Took me a few days to make it through the whole day. Nasty sugar cravings. We have another week of vacation coming up next month and I will definately being taking my Medifast with me. :guzzle:

Keep up the great work everybody!

Live and learn, Kristi. If you learned from the experience, then it was worth it. Sorry for the difficulty getting back on program, though. I hope it goes quickly and you're having an easier time of it soon. Hang in there!

Welcome back! We missed you while you were gone. I am going on vacation at the end of this month and I just got in my RTD's so I don't have to go off program while gone because I am afraid I will find that it is too hard to get back on program if I go off.

Thanks everybody! I found out what part of my problem was last night regarding the sugar cravings. Aunt Flo came to visit (sorry guys). Hopefully the cravings will start to subside.

Good for you for making it back. I think in week three I cheated for a couple of days, gained 2 or 3 pounds and it took a whole week to lose those couple of pounds. From then on I was like It's NOT worth it to cheat!
Good for you for getting on the bandwagon.

Hi Kristi!

Glad you had fun on your trip and I'm SO glad you got back on the wagon...I'm standing behind the wagon ready to push it until it is rolling again!

It's stories like yours that help me take MF on trips and stick to it, instead of saying heck with it and eating brownies or beer just because I'm out with friends in a new city.

Hopefully you can take comfort in the fact that others are learning from your sidesteps too. :)
