I am SO Glad this board is here to turn to. It has helped me alot today! Still plugging away and drinking my water. Figure on going to bed at a decent hour tonight instead of my usual 1AM. So this should help also. I am feeling a bit tired today, probably due to the low calories I have taken in today. It will take me a bit to get use to MF again. :) But I am doing it today!

WAY TO GO Skinny!

I am just on Day 3 so I totally get some of what you are saying. I am not sure of your whole situation but I planned ahead. I bought some frozen fish fillets (orange roughy), (non-frozen) chicken breasts, pork chops and steak. Then I separated and put each in a ziplock, and then all those into one big ziplock, in the freezer. Then I did the same with chicken, etc and I just take out the night before what I'm having the next day when I start getting my lunch for the next day ready. The individual ziplocks make it easy to just take out one serving, or two. It's been very easy so far!

Thanks for the tips! I think I will try that also, Would make things easier for me. And I can make my portions ahead of time and just freeze them. GOOD IDEA! Thanks!
Day one completed and on to day two come morning. I am making myself go to bed early so that I can't cheat and cave in and I have a bad migrane and I know it's from the low calories and no sugar ect. SO I am going to take my Excedrin migrane and once it kicks in I am off to dream land. I hope I do well come morning. One day at a time.

Hello- Day TWO down and counting! LOL! I still feel run down and tired, have the headache again but I knew I would get headaches. So far so good, On to day THREE come morning. :)

hope your day 3 is going well! Just think about getting on that scale and seeing a big drop! It's worth all the hunger pangs!! Soon you won't even think about when you get your next meal...it'll be, "oops! it's been almost 3 hours!"

Well I am still going strong. :) So far so good. I have been keeping VERY busy around the house. Cleaned out my whole garage yesterday. :) Today I have been organizing and cleaning the house. Haven't weighed yet, Hope to do that come Sunday. :) Thanks for all your support!

Hi Holly! I will be Waiting to hear those BIG numbers from you tomarrow. :) I will be thinking about ya! :)
I haven't weighed myself yet, It is about that TOM for me, I have been cramping and a bit bloated so I thought I would wait. I am staying on track and today I was VERY busy in our office but I kept up with my MF all day & Drank my water. I hope to weigh in a few days enless I cave in and weigh in the morning. If I do I will let ya know. :)

Well I stepped on the scale this morning and I lost 7.3 pounds. :) Not bad!
How did you do Holly? I am waiting to hear!

Thank you! I am still heading strong on my MF journey. :) Almost blew it yesterday due to stress but I didn't cave in, Didn't get enough sleep lastnight but I didn't cave in so this is good. Hope today will be a better day stress wise. The joys of being Self Employed.

The guide says you can have 8 oz skim or low fat milk for each meal you miss (one day only) -- do you know when you will be getting them? Is there anyone else here that maybe lives near you??

It says after that day of milk, to just eat high protein, low carb meals (like our l&g meals) during the day ~

Well I have been doing very good and ordered more MF and thought it would be here yesterday and I just checked my order and they left it in a UPS Building and forgot to put it on a truck............SO It is still sitting in Kentucky and I am out of my Meals as of today. It is a Sad day for me today, I have been doing so well and now I don't know when I will get my stuff. :x Seems as if this always happens to me when I place an order. I had problems the last time I ordered also.
SO looks as if I will have to watch very carefully what I eat until I get my MF food. And start over again! UGH! NOT FAIR! :brickwall:

Off to get another large glass of Ice water! Hope everyone else is doing well.
