1st day and FEEL GREAT!

1st day and FEEL GREAT!

Hi guys and dolls!

Ok so my first day was GREAT!
Albeit it was 100 degrees..i worked a double...Im a waitress and the resteraunts airconditioning failed that morning.... :lol: GO FIGURE!
It was fixed by 4 pm. Lovely day of sweat ..all the better to get all my water...in about 1 hour....

so my day went with..

Dutch chocolate shake
cappuccino shake
orange creme shake
oatmeal bar

with meal varying between 2-3 hours.
I started Wednesday because i went to the redsox game with my best skinny girlfriend...I drank my last baseball beers...and it was SOOO hot. Had a great time...but time to start!
I cant wait to post my loss next wednesday!
20 lbs here I come!

Welcome dibbida, you did it!

Is that the order in which you had your meals? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they suggest you not eat a bar for either your first or last meal of the day. Something about the carb content and energy; like, you don't have enough time to burn it off and/or you may experience difficulty in getting to sleep.

Anyway, congrats on a great first day--onward and downward!
