I feel good

Postby Lady Bug » June 27th, 2005, 10:40 am

Hi everyone:

As James Brown would say.........I Feel Good!!!! :roflmao: I have a 6 lb loss and WOW for the 1st time in many years....(15), I can say I have stumbled upon my last diet!!!! I know for a fact I will see 160, 150, 140 etc til I reach my goal of 130.

I have heard from my Dr. time and time again that I need to lose 50-60 lbs. But as he admits, he's the type that can eat anything and never, never gain weight. :x However, his wife struggles so he does have an insight on how hard it is to lose.

My next appointment is in Oct so I'm hopeing it will be off by then.

Thanks for all the posts as they are what keeps me going. :secret: I wouldn't be able to keep on going if it wasn't for the encouragement this site gives me.

Keep smilin', :D

Evie,

Congratulations on your loss! I am glad this program is working for you :D

I, too, feel this is a program I can keep with until the end.

Keep shaking! :hi5:

Now I have that song in my head! :kool:

I can't believe how much energy I have on this program. :bounce: It's not even a hyper type of energy. It's more like a happy, :D smiling type of energy. :exercise: I don't think I have ever felt this way. Not even anti-depressants worked this well. :nana:

It is a motivating place to be - the forum - and I'm glad for your success. They say if youcan see it, you can achieve it, so keep visualizing the scale going down.

I have these little markers on my scale and I've set one at goal and keep one at my current weight so I can keep driving the needle down...

Keep up the good work! :buddies:
