That's what I'm going to do with pictures of the ring I want. Repetition strengthens and comfirms.

GREAT THREAD that should be mandatory reading at least once a week. It is a struggle and especially this time of year when so many FEELINGS and EMOTIONS are tied to special foods and the sharing of them. But indeed the Medi zone is a blessing. When I attain it, which I have admitted has not been constant since my beginning, it is a GREAT feeling. A sense of control and power which make you know you can do it! Hang tough!

You guys are hilarious..."tough love, Sister." Sounds like something I would say! Biki--you and your booze. At least being sober doesnt minimize your wit in any way. (Like Fun Bobby from Friends! Friends fanatic here-yup, super cheesey, but the gang was our gang when were new in town.)

!00% compliant today, thanks to the tough love. And I've memorized the snack list from QS guide. I even got a compliment that I was strong when I refused a niblet of cake at Panera, coming from a woman whos lost 50 lbs on a 1200 cal diet. She's back on hers to lose 10 lbs she gained during a back issue. I scared the heck out of her when I said I ate less than 1200 cals. I'm sure her diet works, but I chose MF b/c its so clear and prepred so quickly. Usually I'm starving by the time I get all the kids plates, but now I can just whip up a quick shake and slurp it in 30 secs. I actually think I am spending less time on food than ever, not to say I dont take time to sit and enjoy a non-shake.

Seriously, I am feeling much better. Once I stopped confusing myself with my own MF doctrine, it all came into focus. And i cant wait to be in the medi-zone.

I printed out pictures of my ring on sticker paper and posted them all over the house-8-10 of them. My husband is so oblivious he noticed ONE! There is even one on TOP of the coffee maker. I am hoping they will work as subliminal messages...
